Dayton Ohio aerial artist and professional ballroom dancer Malaki Woodward competed as a Level 10 gymnast before transitioning to circus arts. She has trained with Circus Smirkus and for the last decade, has focused on aerial silk under the tutelage of Jessica Jay and ballroom dance with lifts with coaches Marianne Nicole, Eric Luna, and Georgia Ambarian.

She was a featured performer in Cincinnati Circus shows, performing aerial silk, low rig trapeze, clowning, hand balancing, fire fans, fire lyra, tight rope, and cradle flyer.
As owner and teacher at Fire and Ice Aerial Arts in Dayton, Ohio, Malaki produces two student showcase events each year.
In 2022 Malaki won the Keystone award at the San Diego Circus Festival for her aerial silk performance.
My crew and I perform, Aerial Silk, Lyra, Fire, Glow, Lollipop, and many others. I love to perform at all kinds of events! I have performed at convention centers, weddings, fairs, 4th of July , corporate events, and birthday parties. My Favorite part about performing is seeing the delight on the spectator's faces. I have traveling apparatus that can be set up anywhere!
