List of some health benefits of aerial arts classes!

1. The aerial classes are a great workout and have the benefit of being a fun work out

2. the classes work on flexibility 

3. coordination is a big part of aerial arts and we will do a lot of work on that

4. aerial class also does a great job with working out your stabilization muscles, something that normal workouts will not always do

5. make new friends and have workout buddies

6. we also offer a chance to show off all your hard work we have 3 recitals each year, if you don't want to do the recital that is fine you can come and watch
